Questions firms ask before starting.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. The 7-day free trial needs no card at all — you only add a card, securely through Paystack, when you choose a plan to continue.

What happens when my trial ends?

Your workspace pauses and nothing is deleted. Choose a plan and everything — matters, clients, documents, billing — is exactly where you left it.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, any time from Plans & Billing. Cancelling stops Paystack billing immediately and you keep access for the period you have paid for.

Does AttorneyOS make my trust account compliant?

AttorneyOS supports disciplined trust recordkeeping — client ledgers, reversals, reconciliations and audit-ready records. Your firm remains responsible for compliance with the Legal Practice Act and your auditor’s requirements.

How is my firm’s data protected?

Every firm runs in its own isolated workspace, enforced at the database layer, with role-based permissions, permission-checked document downloads and audit logs. The platform is built POPIA-conscious from the ground up.

Can I get my data out?

Yes. Key records export to CSV, and your data remains your firm’s — no lock-in.

Does AttorneyOS understand South African court deadlines and trust audits?

Yes — it ships with a court-day (dies) calculator built on the SA public-holiday calendar, a firm-wide Prescription Register, and a one-click Trust Audit Pack. Built for SA practice, not adapted from US rules.

Can I switch from AJS, GhostPractice or LegalSuite?

Yes. Export your clients and matters to CSV from your current system, import them with the built-in importer, and capture open balances as opening entries. Most firms run the two systems in parallel for a month. Your data exports back out of AttorneyOS at any time — no lock-in either way.

Which plan should I choose?

Most new firms start on Practice. Growing firms that want up to 15 users, stronger reporting and the full AI toolset choose Professional — our most popular plan.

Try it on your own matters.
